Vinny Mancuso has been cooking since 1982. His journey began at the age of 14, working in a diner, and culminated in his role as Kitchen Manager at El Loco Mexican Cafe' in Albany, NY, in 1987. In January 2001, Vinny acquired the business he now leads, embracing his roots as a skilled short-order cook.
